Two factors must be considered when training to optimize sports performance: the sports specific performance requirements (strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance, speed, and agility); and the individual needs of the athlete. We believe that an athlete’s best ability is their availability, therefore all training is centered on addressing potential injury mechanisms and promoting injury resilience.
Bay Area Biomechanics provides clients with a comprehensive training experience that begins by reinforcing efficient movement mechanics, improving kinesthetic awareness, and restoring muscular function and balance. These functional gains can then be applied to sports specific movements and exercises designed to maximize muscular power output and performance during competition. We offer the premiere sports performance training experience for elite, recreational, and youth athletes of the Bay Area.
